At GypsyFlox, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather bags. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Final sale items, custom orders, or personalized products are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different style or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product/packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@gypsyflox.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship your item securely and provide us with the tracking number.
