At GypsyFlox, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather bags. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Final sale items, custom orders, or personalized products are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different style or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product/packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship your item securely and provide us with the tracking number.
